How Can I Talk to My Superconscious Mind? A Guided Meditation
There are a few different ways that you can talk to your superconscious mind. The first way is through visualization. This means picturing what it is that you want to achieve in your mind. For example, if you want to lose weight, you would visualize yourself at your goal weight. The second way is through affirmations. These are where you tell yourself, through guided meditations, the affirmations that you want to have happen in your life. On top of this, you can use something like the Elevator Method of Meditation, in order to get into a deep, meditative state, and to enhance your ability to activate your superconscious mind. The elevator method of meditation works like below:
What Is The Elevator Method of Meditation?
The elevator method of meditation is a simple, yet effective way to begin your journey into meditation. It is perfect for those who are new to meditation, as well as those who have been meditating for years.
The elevator method of meditation involves sitting in a comfortable position with your eyes closed. Once you are seated, take a few deep breaths and begin to focus on your breath. As you inhale and exhale, count each breath. Inhale for a count of four, then exhale for a count of four. Continue counting your breaths until you reach ten.
Once you reach ten, begin to visualize yourself in an elevator. The doors of the elevator open, and at this point you have been in a meditative trance for several minutes now or longer.
When you are first starting this out, start meditating first with the ten second elevator trick. From here, move on to 50 seconds, and then 100 seconds.
The superconscious mind is something that activates when you let it, try 30 days to 90 days of consistent meditation and watch the results happen.
