Internet Marketing, Why SEO Is Impossible But Stock Picking Is Not!

Internet marketing is the practice of selling goods or services and making money on the Internet through ads, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, drop shipping, building a brand, and the like. The tactics typically use for Internet marketing include SCO, affiliate marketing, paper click advertising, paid advertising, Google ad words, and the like. Personally I’ve been in the Internet marketing in for over seven years, I’ve made over hundreds of thousands of dollars in the game, and have worked for companies that have made hundreds of millions of dollars in the game, both as an employee, and a client. It’s been a heckuva ride, but I won’t sugarcoat it, and I’ll tell you the grim details of the game. In a lot of ways, Internet marketing is much like stock trading, the reason for this is that a lot of luck,Arbitrage, numbers, charts, money, and risk all play a part in your success in a game of Internet marketing. Much like reading information in the stock market, you also cannot take everything you read seriously, and you have to filter out loads of information, and decide what’s true, and what’s biased and was false. This is no more true than in the game of organic SEO, which is Internet marketing for getting organic search traffic through Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others. The following blog post will look at the pros and cons of internet marketing and Google SEO, and will explain why SEO is almost as efficient and impossible as day trading the stock market.

Final Thoughts on SEO, and Why Generally Speaking Internet Marketing and SEO Is Impossible

In summarizing, SEO and day trading are actually one in the same, in that they are both speculative games that revolve around rigging or helping out an algorithm for your own personal gain. One is the Google algorithm, and one is the stock algorithm, but they are two sides of the same coin. Overall, I find SEO to actually be a little bit more fun, in that it is more active (you can do things like writing, link building, promotion, social media etc. whereas in stock trading you can do one of two things, buy or sell, via making trades.) Mix this with the internet forms of paid advertising, and you’ve got yourself one really cool game in the zone of internet marketing.
